兒子從鞦韆上摔倒了，哭得有點慘，旁邊還有很多小朋友在看。
我跟他說：「很痛就哭吧，覺得丟臉也沒關係。覺得難過想哭，不是丟臉的事。」
後來我跟他再次挑戰盪鞦韆。
這一次他盪得很高，有種在天上飛的感覺。
My son falls off the swing and he is crying his eyes out. A lot of kids nearby are watching him.
I say to him. ‘Cry, if it hurts you so much, even if you feel embarrassed. It’s not embarrassing to cry when you’re upset.’
Later we challenge the swing again.
This time, he swings up so high as if he was flying in the sky.
